Our passion here at Sound Clear is, well, clear and sound: to reform back to the old paths that God has ordained (Jeremiah 6:16), and to hold to and reaffirm the convictions of the Reformation. Our chief aim is… 1) to glorify God in all things, 2) to exalt the name of Christ above all, 3) to saturate everything with the Bible, 4) to preach the Biblical Gospel to all creatures, 5) to contend for sound doctrine and pure theology, 6) to fight to have a pure and spotless Bride, the true Church of Jesus Christ (those who have been born-again by God and are continuing to repent and believe the Gospel), and 7) to reform back to these basic truths through the sound preaching of the Word, diligent study of it, laboring over verses, memorizing scripture, hiding it in our hearts, treasuring it, preaching it, and obeying what we have heard all through Berean eyes.

“For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him {be} the glory forever. Amen.” – Romans 11:36 (NASB)

“17For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not in cleverness of speech, so that the cross of Christ would not be made void. 18For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.” – 1 Corinthians 1:17-18

“1And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. 2For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. 3I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, 4and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.” – 1 Corinthians 2:1-5

24But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God. 25And now, behold, I know that all of you, among whom I went about preaching the kingdom, will no longer see my face. 26Therefore, I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all men. 27For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God. 28Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. 29I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock; 30and from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them.” – Acts 20:24-30
